Sorry we’re not quite connected yet. Try these 3 steps:
1) Log in through your institution
2) Cache/firewall issues
– Empty all the browser cache and open up a new window and try to access it again.
– If that doesn’t work, check the Firewall settings to see if the site has been added to a flagged list of sorts. It might need to be remarked as safe.
– Try accessing it on campus from different devices (maybe try to get one that hasn’t been used to access it recently).
– Try accessing it on campus on her phone from the school’s network WiFi, then turn off Wifi and try it as a 5G attempt.
